Espresso Archimedes
Espresso Archimedes is a spin off last year's Autunno. Although we've followed a different recipe, we think you'll find some comfort in this coffee as the cold weather comes on. Unlike last year's mélange (a multi-roast blend of one coffee), the Archimedes is a blend of Nigusie Lemma and Fazenda Rodomunho, both natural processed.
Like last year, the Archimedes features lots of fruity sweetness, packing a berry and peach punch with a thick, velvet body. This year's Nigusie lots adds another element, however: dusty cocoa powder. This gives the shot a more balanced taste that works better in milk and equally well as a triple ristretto, double, or even a forgiving singolo. Happy pulling!
